When buying this they don’t tell you that you have to buy other cables in order to hook up to your tv. I don’t like it and still have not got it to work.

I’m not an expert on the subject as this is my first device of this kind. I still have an extensive VHS collection but have built a DVD library as well. I wanted one unit to play them both but have the best viewing quality. With my HDTV, viewing quality is great! Player is plain without any show but it does it’s job well. Connectivity is easy, menu options are easy to understand and operate. Great product.
