There really isn’t much to say. My last player broke. This one works. And I like the way it looks. The remote feels nice too. I haven’t yet tried any advanced features and I probably won’t.

Don’t buy this player if you plan to move overseas. As a military family we’re often stuck in other countries and while one of the reviewers said it works with an “adapter”, the company said that it needed a transformer/converter – BIG difference. And the company wasn’t much help. When I tried to get recommendations from their customer service on similar players with dual-voltage capabilities, they didn’t provide any. Just a suggestion on which “brands” would be useful. When I tried to ask for their advice on a specific player, all they would tell me was that it was discontinued. No other suggestions. Needless to say, I returned the player immediately.

I ordered this DVD player since I wanted to be able to play both American and European movies. It’s clearly stated to be region free. However, it is not. You need to hack it, which one can do with just about any DVD player on the market.
I also think it’s annoyingly slow at ejecting the DVD:s.
It’s easy to use though, even my daughter who’s 3 knows how to play movies. The setting menues are also simple to figure out.
I’m really happy with the DVD player.
(Can’t say the same about the seller though. They said they sent the player and it took several weeks to receive it. I thought I’d been fooled, but they claim that it was ruined during shipping and got replaced. A quick e-mail with that information would have been so much better, than letting me wait and not responding to my e-mail inquiries.)

Great product. Does everything that it says it does. I use this player to watch American, European as well as burned DIVX European DVD’s. Not a problem. I would definitely recommend it.
