Product Description
This heavy duty mount offers extreme versatility. The arms extend up to 26″ from the wall yet fold to 4″. The dual arm design is incredibly sturdy, and supports a wide range of plasma and LCD flat screen televisions. The wall plate is 19″ wide and has wide slots making it easy to mount into standard 16″ studs, up to 17.5 inch wide studs. Dual TV locking screws are included to prevent accidental liftoff of the display. Compatibility checklist *First, please check the weight of your TV. It must be less than 165 lbs. Second, look at the back panel of your TV for the wall mount holes. This mount fits VESA 200-680mm (Height) x 100-460 mm (Width). If the vertical distance is within 18″ (460mm), horizon distance within 27″ (680mm), then this bracket will fit. This is a very cheaply made wall mount. I think I must have been sent a different product than some of the other people that left reviews.
This mount was warped when we got it installed onto the wall so we did not even attempt to hang our 42 inch tv from it, I think the flat bracket that the tv attaches to would have crumpled.
I had a HORRIBLE customer service experience with [...]. They offered me a free exchange but when I told them I wanted a refund b/c I was not satisfied with their product, they quit responding to me at all. I got the BBB involved, then [...] started responding again, only to try and say that we damaged the wall mount during installation. We have installed wall mounts in other rooms in our house before with no issues. This product is not even worth the very reasonable rate and once you pay for it, you have NO chance of getting your money back. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!

This mount sags when the TV is placed on it. It weighs the arms down and the arms sag down on one side more than the other. There is no way to adjust it other than mounting the face plate to the studs crooked to adjust for the problem when the arms sag from weight of TV. I definitely don’t recommend this mount!

Great wall mount! This product is very heavy duty and fully supports my 47″ tv with ease. It does everything it suggests in it’s description. It’s extremely heavy so make sure you secure it to the wall studs and not the sheetrock. Other than that I’d recommend this product to anyone and for the price, WOW.

For the price of this item you can not go wrong. I was skeptical in the beginning. I was very glad I bought it. It is very well made, actually felt heavier that my 46″ LCD TV. I will buy another one for my other TV. The only I had to buy from my local hardware store were the lug bolts to mount to the studs (cost $0.44 each for quantiry of 6), a small amount to pay for piece of mind. It came with some kind of wall mounts that will work on the concrete but not on a drywall. Once you mount it on the studs it is very solid and secure.

This thing is junk. Description said it is rated for 165lbs, but when I mounted my 85lb tv on it, it bent and now the tv sags about 3 inches on the left side. It does not move freely from the wall. It is weak enough that when you walk through the room, the tv moves a little bit.
The back plate is set for 16 inch wall studs, but only if you are directly between two of them. The center of my wall is right on a stud, so if I mount this in the center of the room, it does not span two studs.
