We bought a 19″ Magnavox HDTV and almost two years to the month that we bought it it started acting up. I can’t even begin to describe the horrible noises that it makes. I wrote the company a letter and have never heard back from them. I am looking for a new one and will NOT consider Magnavox/Phillips.

i got this tv in dec 2009 and by feb 2010 is had burned out, the power doesnt work, i cant even turn it on manually. i had to but another one, this time i went to target and got a 3 yr guarantee and even the picture is better on the new )polaroid) tv. shop around, you can get same pricae on better tvs

Our Grandma wanted a small LCD TV for her bedroom but she needed a TV that had an accessible exterior earphone jack. This Magnavox LCD TV had exactly that at a price that was affordable. The earphone jack is located on the side of the TV panel which made it easily accessible to her. Other TV models, if they had an earphone jack, were located in the back of the unit. The audio is perfect and the buttons on the remote are simple and easy to use.
