Attractive, well priced, and a little more enveloping than regular speakers
I’ve got this SurroundBar 50 hooked up to a Sony mid-range receiver, a Polk PSW111 sub, and a Sharp 52″ LCD in a cathedral ceiling, trapezoidal room.

Little or no surround sound
The Surround 50 bar by Polk provides little or no surround sound. I installed it with my Pioneer Elite Receiver and a Polk sub-woofer.

S50 Soundbar
Sound is GREAT! It is hooked to a Onyko SR806 with a Polk Pro 50 subwoofer. No wires,no mess. You would think you had speakers all around the room. Very easy to hook up. keukabob
